Is There a Circular Debt?

The prime minister is not coming across to me as somebody who is really involved with the details of the conversation that Pakistan is having with the IMF. This should not be saying, in my department, everything is fine, but that guy there's not doing his job right. Not now, not today, not on the second day of the parlays after the mission is arrived. These should, these issues should have been worked out. And this would happen when there is ownership at the top, that is something that I'm looking for.
