293: Matt Walsh Made a Great Movie
The Way I Heard It with Mike Rowe
The Messiah Language Is Endlessly Complex
The film is based on a true story about the life of Matthew Broderick who spent time in an African village surrounded by flies. The villagers were amused and bemused when he tried to explain his experiences to them through an interpreter. He says that these people live outside western culture bubble so they don't have same basic assumptions as we do. They also haven't absorbed cultural ideas like gender ideology or everything, which makes sense if you've never been introduced to any of this then it's completely nonsensical.
