Amazon X AWS Operating Margins Are Negative
The last four quarters of operating margins for AWS, 35%, 29%, 26% and now down to 24%. Like that shouldn't happen. No one modeled out five years ago that margins would drop with more top line. But again, I think they're just right sizing this ship at this point. They have a lot of levers they can actually use.
