i found myself ad sometimes in my moments of wincing and grimacing and groaning, like i literally uttered out loud like, should anybody believe this? Should may follow this ecause it was so awfuls. Mike wel you talk about this idea that there's a, there are systemic expectations that we're setting up that almost make it you no necessary to be a narcissus to meet those expectations. You really draw out in your pocas just precisely the systemic, a deeply embedded cultural dynamics. But then it had this effect we, i think, and i want to hear your thoughts on this, into another balance.
