Fbi Andtrapman vs the Government in a Domestic Terror Investigation
Two men acquitted, two men found on a hung jury. Not a single conviction in what the govern considered one of its biggest domestic terror investigations in recent history. The judge basically gamed the system. He was the home town referee here. There was home cooking out there on the corridor in the court in this case. And and sothey, they they really didn't just have to beat the government's case. They'd be the government's advocate. There a, you know, sitt with the gavel. Even with all those advantages, this was really then just an up and down verdict on the quality and and potency of the evidence. Stand alone, they still couldn't close
