Many of the techniques of therapy are actually just ways of looking at things. Sometimes, you will find that what was a conscious practice ends up just becoming something that you do automaticlay after a while. So i still do try each day to think about my own mortality. Am i think about the view from above. I use the socratic methods na question assumptions that i'm making. And i employ a bunch of other stoic techniques, some on an adtok basis, some on a daily basis.
