Anne: I wish there was an easy answer to that, because i think it is very person specific. So it has to be tailored to the person. And so some people might come in having that knowledge, but education alone is not enough to elicit long term behavior change. Is together with the provider or the interventionist, to then sit down and make realistic goals,. With the guiding hand of the expert, who knows what a realistic expectation might be.
