The Trinitarian Theology in Orthodoxy

There's a very, very heavy emphasis on that in Orthodoxy. And I don't have experience in Protestantism, so I don't know how it is there. So one thing I noticed, especially in Calvinism, is that their monurgism,. which is the idea that salvation is affected, is effective only by the divine will. It's not a synergy, but it's just only the divine will and man doesn't matter.
