About a quarter of the world's politicians are women, but then if we start to look at leaders, it's a much smaller number. Women still are less often holding the what are called sometimes the great offices of state. Ellen Johnson-Serleaf was the first female leader of an African country. What was it like standing out? "I think I stood very well," she says.
