The Last Day of Apollo 13
It's been more than three days since the explosion in the service module. No longer able to generate power or be used as a means of propulsion, it's been a dead weight. The crew have so far been unable to see any of the damage directly but they felt the lurch and heard the bang accompanying the explosion. It has ripped off an entire side panel, damaging the bell-shaped nozzle of their main engine.
