An early draft in the agreement called upon countries to accelerate phasing out coal and subsidies for fossil fuels. That was changed at the last minute to accelerate efforts towards the phase down of unabated coal and the pase out of inefficient fossil fuel subsidies. Sir helen: I think most of this discussion is ridiculous. We need engineers making a set of solutions to get us to zero.
