Using Floyd's Cycle Finding to Find Birthday Collisions
CNN's John Defterios has been working on a book about computer games. He decided to use the game "Floyd's cycle finding" for his latest project. The challenge involved trying to find birthday collisions among 23 people. To make it easier, he changed the difficulty of the competition and made recipients send email as if they were stamps.
