The prosecution's theory is really weird, that a 26 year old man recruited a 13 year old eighth grade girl to do this horrible crime with him. But again, there's no evidence that they even knew each other. Mallory was asked about her, he said he had no know who she was. Angel said she had no idea who he was. And there's no ev e here of them ever contacting each other, which is weird. This is in a time when people have phones. There's no evidence.
