Breaking the Narrative Bubble
A lot of leadership development has taken place within a bubble, you know, isolating absolutely the coach, the client from their ancestral collective. That's why this whole relatively new field called trauma informed leadership is so important to me. And I in my own way, are also very much living into and the work I do with Bob Anderson, that's one of the pillars I hold as well. So through practice, you're kind of acclimatizing or reclaiming certain frequencies, familiarizing yourself with them. You can start to feel them or sense them in others too.
