The Mistake I Made in My Career

I'll actually talk about the mistakes that I've made, because I think it's personal and so it sticks in people's minds a little bit better. The two big mistakes are not taking enough risk, which I did not make them took a lot of risk early and not keeping the gas on. And that's the mistake that I made. Now in the latter part of my career where I'm going to do a lot of COO jobs at Silicon Valley startups, I could have gone to either a tech startup or joined a public tech company like Amazon.
