A lot of these communities that you're covering, they have black leaders. But oftentimes those politicians don't have a large voting block in the state house. I definitely have seen local governments advocate for that funding but there's still a disconnect in receiving it and then being able to use it on time. There's a time frame where the funding you receive has to be used within a decade. So even in these cities that may have received funding, they still don't have the workplace workforce infrastructure, you know, to build out these things within time.
