How to Hand Off Your Child's Work

The time handoff is our kids learning how to be independent with regard to doing their homework, getting up and out the door on time. There's a process there from you telling them what to do to them being able to do it completely on their own. And so this is really about gradually going from directing the work to modeling it and then supporting it before we become sort of the troubleshooter.
