The 12 Concepts of Interaction
The 12 concepts were developed at a later date in the 60s. Concept two says that the General Service Conference will effectively become the conscience and the voice of A.A. as a whole representing the entire fellowship. concept three through eleven deals with interaction. The action that takes place between the trustees, the delegates, staff members, and direct doors at the General Service conference is referred to as interaction.
