Knowing if your dog needs more choice or structure is kind of fundamental. Does your dog need you to walk at two miles an hour in a 40 diameter circle where you go the same pace no matter what? Or would your dog be better if you just took them off leash and let them run and do their own thing? Right? But I think that was what it was called movement or stillness, choice or structure.
