Brazil Is Fairly Inward Looking
I tend to think if brazil is fair fairly inward looking. One other metric for inward versus outward looking is which countries were first taken over by facebook and how face books spread all over the world. Brazil was much harder than the rest of latin america, whe sort of had this spain to latin America a aspect. Whereas i portugal barely barely counts. So these things sort of work when people are bullish about integration and globilization, and then the reality sets back in it.
