How to Get People to Think More Expansively About Your Idea
How do we get people to think more expansively about this versus just the idea itself, and even just by relationship with a direct manager? So ga, go back to, i think for most of us, it's almost an automatic process. And my ultimate suggestion is to slow down that idea in the brain and goes right out the mouth process. Like these things are not epiphanes that just pop out and then every on is on board magically. We have to think about those other people and how to get them involved in a way that helps you promote your own ideas.
