The Challenger Is the Quiet Guy in the Background

The channel is the girl that doesn't stop talking and everyone can't stand. The challenger might be the class clown. Their nervous system is actually relating to the energy in a room. And so it's like everyone Is living their roles and often getting in trouble or criticized or shut down for it. But if we could learn to actually honor those gifts, we don't have to be shaming them for who they are. We can be letting them grow those capacities.
