What I Did in the Early Stages of Coaching

Teachers at Southbank School in London are using coaching to help them improve their teaching. Coaches were setting action steps of a granular and specificity such that they avoid lots of cognitive load issues. But the process was not going very well, says headteacher David Hoyle. He has now set up his own company called Teach Like A Champion which is helping other schools around the world get on with it.
