Steve Jobbs Is Not Your Roll Model for Leadership

Darrin Daly: Steve jobbs was an abusive, belligerent jerk and a tyrant. He often took credit for others ideas, and his sense of self importance boardered line on meglomania. But i would say to you, if you are not an outright proven genius, you cannot and should not act like steve jobbs. His success despite his bad behavior might encourage others to forget about the critical role a leader has in developing people around them.
