How to Do Cultural Due Diligence Well
You can actually do a lot in the due diligence. I mean, there's at least a group of people with whom you're interacting from where you can run some analysis. What I also showed earlier, it is famous for management practices which are really correlating strongly to excess TSR. And maybe the word culture is not the right word. It's much more about management practices and how you run the organization.
