How to Get Fiber Into Your Diet

Fiber is a pillar of blood sugar balance. It's actually very simple to get in the amount of plants, i.e., your fiber. The recommendations since we've understood about the microbiome has slightly changed because historically, if you can't get your fiber from plants, take a fiber supplement and probably it will have most of the health benefits attached to that. One of things I talk about in the book is the super six. So essentially, there are six different plant based food groups. And each different category not only contains different fibers to feed different gut bacteria but also polyphenols and other phytochemicals.
