How to Schedule a Meeting
If you pencil something in, it's like you're reserving it. To move a meeting forward is to bring the meeting forward or to move the meeting back. There are many different reasons why you might need to push a meeting back and rescheduled. I use one verb quite a lot: Squeeze - so we can chat at five o'clock just before the end of the day.
