Conflict in a Self-Managed System?
In a traditional environment, you obviously have a tiebreaker or someone to intervene or deal with the conflict in most cases. In the self-managed system, I think we struggle from the opposite problem, which is there's not always a place to go. You're kind of just with your conflict. And what I hear us doing a lot is we air our disagreement or our conflict to the group and kind of let it linger like, who will, who will solve this for me?
