Lightning Flow Dashboard

Voltage has announced a flow dashboard to manage our lightning note. The dashboard has a direct inter to the lightning pool service, allowing you to buy in bound liquidity. As lightning becomes a bigger part of the ecosystem, it will be interesting to see how many people can find the right formula to make the most money routing.
