168: Jakob Greenfeld — Writing Your Way to Clarity
The Bootstrapped Founder
The Creative World Bullshit Industrial Complex
I think one of the concepts that I learned pretty early as a writer was to just start writing anything doesn't have to be good it can just be like random words on a line just to get it going right to get started. There is a very popular idea that gets repeated over and over again and that is like it's super important to build an audience but for most people not the right approach. If they go all this really just to be an entrepreneur right build a profitable business or something like that so um I think definitely it's better to focus on actually doing interesting stuff and then write about it instead of just reading and some summarizing things someone else has already summarized.
