Creating a Member Journey Map
A member journey map is a visual representation of every experience members will have with a particular web three community. Members motives for joining communities are often driven both by a sense of self interest and a desire for connecting with like minded individuals. Most vibrant communities will be those that optimise on both axes, allowing members to self iden fy and indulge in a range of member only benefits and perks. It rewires traditional single user incentives into many to many value creation dynamics.
