Tires: A Blessing in Disguise

The frame rate was inconsistent and there was a decent amount of pop in that hampered the experience. I'm curious, you know, if building this big open world game puts any strain on the tool sets they're using to build out that world or not. The entire empire will be a main point of discussion as far as their challenge because you shoot them and then they just kind of come at you. There aren't really many dodge points but it feels like it needs something to move yourself out of the way quicker.
