Day Dreaming Is Easy

We know we can't go from never doing a thing to having it be auto pilot. It takes some time to get my nudge is to plan my meals for the next day. The reason why i have clients work on the the ideal vision of themselves up top its because day dreaming is easy. Day dreaming requires minimal effort. We can just see who we are, who we want to be. And in our nudge work, we've picked 30 minutes a day to work on that alignment with our ideal self in the form of a task from that list. You can now do your 80 h d thing of being in the moment every day.
