i advocate for functional testing. This is where testing can come into play so we can get more clear and specific answers. Remove the gut triggers, remove the individual trigger foods. Be sure you'r eating appropriate nutrients to support your skin. All of these things can be done without any testing. And i would argue that it would make sense to try these things before you go down the rabbit hole of testing.
