What Do You Learn From Being Mindful?

If our comfort zone gets larger and larger and larger, come to a place of struggle. If it's a sense of struggle, open up. What am I not accepting? Oh, feeling down. Okay. This is okay too. That's an unpleasant experience. You're getting this very simple thing, struggle and indication that something is not being accepted. And we begin to become like that wise monkey, when holding on in that monkey trap I mentioned, it learns to open its hand, slip out and be free.
