How to Give Your Therapist Feedback
You may be your therapist's main source of helpful feedback loops. To the extent that you have useful, you know, constructive criticism or positive feedback for them, they would appreciate it probably more than you realized to hear that. I remember being super surprised when I started getting homework for therapy. It was just like often really interesting exercises. And I got to learn about myself and look forward to my therapy.
