In the eight steps to Stanga Yoga, the third step that we're on is Asana. In our in the West, we actually call yoga just that one step. It's putting their body in the right position to access the state of mind and the state of ease in the body so that you can sit for a long period of time or meditate. The dream is the only thing with the power to overcome the inertia of life.
