Is Your Unconscious Process Not Irrational?

Valentina: In the latter part of your book you say that unconscious processes are not irrational they are irrational and I think this is important because so many of our patients love to throw around the word irrational why am I being so irrational. Valentina: When we call something irrational the context or the subtext is that it exists for for no reason or the reason is that it goes against rational thought. We pick up patterns in our environment and then we react to those patterns especially implicit learning at younger age.
