Mexico's Experience With Refugees and Migrants

Tijuana has become the largest port of entry for Ukrainian refugees coming into the United States. Mexico has historically been a migrant sending nation it hasn't been a migrant receiving nation but now you've got Guatemalans Salvadorans Hondurans Haitians Cubans Colombians Brazilians and then what they call extra nationals from outside the hemisphere. It was very encouraging because these migrants came to Tijuana and they wanted to cross to the United States but they start working and they start contributing to the society.
