The ancient world was very gendered, and so there were appropriate things that men did. Men were not supposed to just go into women's spaces and start doing stuff. So in that kind of environment, mary magdalen and the hwomen disciples of jesus, we think, would have been very active. We looked at pretty much all of the named women and a lot of the unnamed women too.
