Is the Idea of People Like Exchanging Goods and Services Fundamentally Capitalist?

I was thinking more along he lines of what happened in argentina. I think that's one of the things that frustrates me most about the discourse about, like, any kind of post capitalism. People have been moving stuff from one side of the world to the other essentially without the state having anything to do with it for as long as there've been people. This is not theoretical. We're not like, trying to pas it, like, wo maybe it could work this ways. Yes, we have practical exame thees. Gust like the mondragon corporation and what not.
