How to Influence Decision Makers
A lot of what I do is in front of the scenes, you know, we write policy papers and talk to think tanks. But as with anybody who is working in a campaigning field, you're also talking to people who might be influential asking for meetings. It's basically that it's putting the making the arguments as clearly as possible in as many venues and forums as possible. You can definitely feel out the people around you because most people agree that this stuff is nonsense. If you happen to be in a position of more influence, start to think about what you can do.
