Phase Three of the National Security Space Launch Program
phase three has had some major changes and i've talked about this on the show before so you go back and listen to my initial thoughts but here's an update there are two lanes within phase three this time rather than lane two. Lane one is a new thing that they're trying in the national security space launch program which is to make some launches available somewhat open competition. This was intended to open up more launches to more competition rather than kind of pre-buying a bunch of launches on particular competitors.
