Are You Going to Be Equals With God?
Lewis liked the verse in Revelation where John says, and then I saw Christ and I fell down as one dead. And the idea that there's a majesty and a numinous power and awe there that goes so far beyond friendship. To think of yourself as being an equal with God in terms of friendship is a kind of blasphemous thing to think almost.
