Good Shepherds and Leaders Eat Last
Zechariah is pointing out just like so many of the other prophets have pointed out that there are shepherds who care for the sheep. And one of the things that we recognize is, you know, there's this saying leaders eat last and every person who's called to be a leader should think about how they're going to feed their flock. The good shepherd takes care of the sheep. The bad shepherd takes Care of themselves.
