Is There a Custodian in the Background?
Many bit coin exchanges are also using a custodian in the background. If they're sort of underneath that custodial umbrella, you might not see that on chain. And there are other pieces of data that can be used to finger print things. So for example, i think electrum uses version two and a locked time that's greater than zero.
