I'm shocked that they didn't look at it. I mean, it's a very unusual stab wound, right? It's stabs to the organs are you can look to see if the organs are severed. So it is just so strange to not be examining that particular stab wound with a lot of detail when it first comes to you. Ross also believed there was evidence of strangulation in this case,. including what he described as a fingernail mark on the front of the neck and multiple bruises under the neck muscles.
