The Future of the First Amendment
Marianne Frank says she's keeping an eye on cases that can also define the future of the First Amendment. Florida and Texas are trying to say single out those social media platforms and say, no, we don't think that those are First Amendment rights. We think that we the government should be allowed to tell you what you have to keep up. These were two big cases pending before the Supreme Court,. but there are other cases that Marianne Frank is keeping an eye over as well.
