If you can figure out that you're an idiot, it makes it a lot easier to solve these problems. Keep some of those opinions to yourself as long as you can. And if you can utilize the indirect approach and you can now infuse your ideas with their ideas, all of a sudden they can stay their idea. It just has a little infusion of a little jocko in it.
