The Importance of Discipline in Friendship

I find it'll work sense going into an office with a bunch of people that you work with I find that an easier way to deliver feedback. There's definitely concessions you end up making with your friendship because at some point along the track we realized again without it really being conscious but it's probably about the time where it becomes your actual job. We can't really have that flippancy anymore with our relationship because now it's like this is somehow our livelihood our relationship so in the same way that even if you're a comedian or a writer the super successful ones are the ones that get up in the morning like at nine o'clock I'm working and there's that discipline to it.
